1这个问题答起来真是底气不足,只能说有些行业, 可能不是红海了, 已经是血海了。

比如轻纺, 假发这些。是不太好做的。

定位精准的, 可能会好做一点点。

其实说到底, 没有不能做的行业, 就看你有没有心了。一个包装袋, 也有做到千万。

2. 平台的话, 亚马逊,ebay, 阿里巴巴(国际站和速卖通)。各有长短, 也都能做。但是国内阿里巴巴肯定是以上中做的最好的。亚马逊正要做,希望效果可以, ebay没接触过。

最近看到别人分享的文章, 我觉得有句话值得思考。大概意思是说, 以阿里为代表的国际站, 改变了外贸的一些规则或者在使这一行业“变糟”。理由是在之前改革开放以来, 老一辈的外贸人做外贸会很有谈判技巧, 个人能力,情商非常重要。 但是阿里改变了这一状况, 做外贸的现在很多每天的工作就是在发产品混询盘,某些方面的素质不如老一代外贸人(仅指某些方面。)

上段跑题, 平台看投入, 阿里年费近三万还不算P4P, P4P是个烧钱大户, 每天100块一个月也有3000+了。

亚马逊初期开一个平台费用还是低一些的, 但是亚马逊这个平台本身是很有风险的,一言不合就封号封资金的事情不绝于耳。ebay确实没见过,没做过,不好说什么。

3. 国家的话,每个国家地区都有自己的特点。

印度人大部分死扣,英语口音大部分比较醉人。

美欧对产品质量很有想法, 还有各种证书。以前机械电子类在美欧不太好做, 但是随着我们中国制造的崛起, 情况大有改善。

南美大点儿的巴西, 清关向来有难度。

非洲人么, 也很注重价格, 但是确实是两极分化极严重,尤以尼日利亚等地, 不一定都是骗子,但是很多确实是骗子。另外非洲矿藏丰富, 最近有很多中国人在那边发财,大型机械,社会基础设施建设还是很有搞头。

所以首先看产品,看产品定位, 决定目标国家, 然后根据投入决定平台就好。

产品同质化越来越严重, 人在外贸中的作用就会相对凸显一些,做好服务, 小而美也不一定没有出头之日。

Recently, I saw an article shared by others, and I think there is a sentence worth thinking about. It roughly means that the international station represented by Alibaba has changed some rules of foreign trade or is making this industry "worse". The reason is that since the reform and opening up, the older generation of foreign trade people have good negotiation skills, personal ability, and emotional intelligence are very important. But Alibaba has changed this situation. Now many foreign trade people are doing product inquiries every day, and their quality in some aspects is not as good as that of the older generation of foreign trade people (only in some aspects.)

The previous paragraph is off topic. The platform depends on the investment. Alibaba's annual fee is nearly 30,000 yuan, not counting P4P. P4P is a big money-burner. 100 yuan a day is 3,000+ a month.
