1. The buyer files a chargeback application with the credit card company.
2. The buyer’s credit card company notifies the merchant bank of AliExpress/Alipay of the chargeback and deducts the corresponding funds from AliExpress/Alipay.
3. AliExpress/Alipay temporarily freezes the chargedback transaction.
