The Russian dedicated channel CDEK was established in Novosibirsk in 2000 and its first regional office was established in Moscow in 2001. It has developed rapidly in recent years. In 2013, the "Express Delivery" business has opened 47 exclusive branches and has more than 115 franchise offices in Russia and CIS countries.

Among them, the E-Packet-Russia (Time-Limited Delivery) project jointly launched by Alibaba E-Commerce Logistics and CDEK is a dedicated service for Russia. It is a logistics product designed specifically for the logistics needs of domestic Russian sellers. It has a lower price, no restrictions on package weight, and all logistics data is synchronized with the background of AliExpress and updated in real time. Therefore, it has become the first choice for cooperation in Nacheng Express's overseas warehouse business.

CDEK has now become the second largest express company in Russia, second only to Russian Post. CDEK is equipped with special customs clearance personnel at each port, and its customs clearance capabilities are also highly favored.
