运费公式=（运费kg价*$产品重量g*0.001+挂号费）*$运费折扣

减免率=（$包邮单价/运费）*100%

说明：

1、产品重量要精准。

2、设置你想包邮价格，比如：30人民币，运费低于30的包邮，高于30的补差价。通过计算，减免率100%以上的国家包邮，100%以下的国家，设置对应的减免率。

3、运费折扣，比如EUB，你能拿到的话也可以给客户，如果没有折扣100%。
