如买卖双方达成退款协议且买家同意退货的,买家应在达成退款协议后10天内完成退货发货并填写发货通知,全球速卖通将按以下情形处理:
(一)买家未在10天内填写发货通知,则结束退款流程并交易完成;
(二)买家在10天内填写发货通知且卖家30天内确认收货,速卖通根据退款协议执行;
(三)买家在10天内填写发货通知,30天内卖家未确认收货且卖家未提出纠纷的,速卖通根据退款协议执行;
(四)在买家退货并填写退货信息后的30天内,若卖家未收到退货或收到的货物货不对版,卖家也可以提交到速卖通进行纠纷裁决。
If the buyer and seller reach a refund agreement and the buyer agrees to return the goods, the buyer should complete the return shipment and fill in the shipping notice within 10 days after reaching the refund agreement. AliExpress will handle it according to the following situations:
(i) If the buyer fails to fill in the shipping notice within 10 days, the refund process will be terminated and the transaction will be completed;
(ii) If the buyer fills in the shipping notice within 10 days and the seller confirms receipt within 30 days, AliExpress will handle it according to the refund agreement;
(iii) If the buyer fills in the shipping notice within 10 days, the seller fails to confirm receipt within 30 days and the seller does not raise a dispute, AliExpress will handle it according to the refund agreement;
(iv) If the seller does not receive the returned goods or the received goods are not the same as the ones described within 30 days after the buyer returns the goods and fills in the return information, the seller can also submit it to AliExpress for dispute resolution.
