发布误导性折扣。在促销开始前大幅度提高商品原价再打折出售,夸大折扣的价值以诱导买家消费。
发布不合理或虚假价格。包括但不限于为吸引关注,设置过高或过低的商品价格,实际并无此商品销售;在特殊时期哄抬物价,扰乱市场;设置多种参考价格,未明确各种价格的含义;在促销活动中虚构原价,标示的原价并不存在或者从未有过交易记录。
开展限时减价、折价等价格促销活动时虚构促销期限及商品价值,使用“最后一天”“仅限今日”等不实语言或者其他带有欺骗性、误导性的语言、文字、图片等标价,诱导买家消费。
采取价外馈赠或捆绑方式销售商品、提供服务时,不如实标示馈赠物品的真实价格、品名、数量,或者馈赠物品为假劣商品。
Publish misleading discounts. Before the promotion begins, the original price of the product is greatly increased and then sold at a discount, exaggerating the value of the discount to induce buyers to consume.
Publish unreasonable or false prices. When carrying out price promotion activities such as limited-time price reductions and discounts, fabricating promotion periods and product values, using false language such as "last day" and "only today" or other deceptive and misleading language, text, pictures and other prices to induce buyers to consume.
When selling goods or providing services by giving gifts or bundling at an additional price, the actual price, name, and quantity of the gift items are not truthfully marked, or the gift items are fake and inferior goods.
