1、先问清楚客户拒收包裹的原因是什么?是商品的质量问题,还是自己个人原因不想要的,然后联系快递退回,再给买家处理售后。
2、让客户承担发出的运费,在该订单里面扣除之后再把剩余的货款退给买家,或者直接让买家通过补邮链接补邮费给你。
