主营业务收入介绍
1、中国零售业务
目前阿里巴巴集团营收占比最大的业务,2020年实现营业收入4737亿,占总营收66%,同比增长42%,近四年复合增长率39%。
(1)客户管理收入以淘宝、天猫为主,并且还有进口电商平台天猫国际、考拉,土耳其电商平台Trendyol以及巴基斯坦电商平台Daraz等等。
(2)其他收入来自新零售以及直营商品业务,天猫超市、高鑫零售(大润发和欧尚)、盒马、进口直营和银泰等。
2、云计算业务
目前阿里巴巴增速最快的业务,也是占比第二大的业务。
2020年度实现营业收入601亿,占总营收的8%(营收占比逐年上升),同比增长50%,近四年复合增长率65%,2020年增速稍有放缓,毕竟基数在不断增长。除了阿里的贸易业务以外,最有希望率先实现盈利的业务。
3、跨境及全球零售商业
这块业务包括lazada、速卖通、trendyol和daraz,截止2020年3月31日,服务超过2.4亿名年度活跃消费者。
2020年实现营业收入345亿元,同比增长42%,近四年复合增速34%。
4、中国批发商业
主要指国内1688平台的收入,其中收入主要包括会员费、增值服务费及客户管理费等,2020年实现营业收入143亿,同比增长15%,近四年复合增速26%。
5、跨境及全球批发商业
主要指alibaba.com平台的收入,其中收入主要包括会员费、增值服务费及客户管理费等,2020年实现营收144亿,同比增长50%,近四年复合增速30%。
6、菜鸟物流服务
2013年5月28日,阿里、顺丰、三通一达(申通、圆通、中通、韵达)等共同组建“菜鸟网络科技有限公司”。该公司股权结构中,天猫投资21.5亿,占股43%;圆通、顺丰、申通、韵达、中通各出资5000万,占股1%。
2020年实现营业收入373亿元,同比增长68%,年复合增速76%。
7、本地生活服务
本地生活服务包括饿了么、口碑网以及飞猪等平台,主要收入来自于即时配送服务以及饿了么平台的佣金、提供配送服务的服务费。
2020年实现营业收入315亿,同比增长24%,年复合增速32%。
