Cancelation process on AliExpress:

1. Enter the official website of AliExpress, click on the smart customer service in the lower right corner, enter "cancel" in the dialog box, and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation steps.

3. Cancellation conditions are not met:

1) If there is an ongoing transaction order, please complete the ongoing transaction order and then apply for cancellation;
