If the available balance of the deposit is less than 50% of the total amount, Ali can issue a renewal notice to the seller in full within 7 working days after such a situation occurs. If there is a transaction amount that can be withdrawn but has not been withdrawn on the platform, Ali has the right to deduct it from such amount to make up the deposit.

2. If the available balance of the deposit is less than 30%, the qualification to participate in the transaction guarantee service system will be frozen, and the corresponding store will not be allowed to display the handover mark until the full amount is paid.

3. Deposit refund. When the available balance of the deposit exceeds 5,000 or other specified amounts, you can apply for a partial or full refund of the excess amount. The deposit will be returned to the seller's Alipay account within 7 working days after the refund application is initiated and the review is correct.

4. If you withdraw from the transaction guarantee service system or terminate this agreement for any reason, the balance of the seller's deposit (if any) will be terminated within 10 working days after all claims and other amounts to be compensated under this agreement are terminated for all orders applicable to the guarantee service. If you want to rejoin the transaction guarantee system, you need to reapply to the platform.

2. When the store is not operated properly or you do not want to open a store, you can directly apply to the platform to return the deposit. Compared with other domestic platforms, Alibaba is relatively fast in the efficiency of return. The process of applying for a return guarantee is very simple. You only need to find the consumer security deposit service in the seller's backstage. After entering, you can apply for a refund.

However, it is not that you can withdraw the deposit immediately after applying for a return guarantee. You need to wait for all transactions in the store to be completed, and the official will review it. After verification, the deposit will be directly returned to the account.
