For merchants who originally used the Yiwu Cross-border Distribution Center: If the warehouse is not in the silent zone, it can be sent to the Hangzhou Distribution Center instead; merchants can note the words "cross-warehouse assistance" on the package to ensure that the package is processed quickly;

For merchants whose warehouses are in the silent zone and cannot ship: AliExpress has launched logistics exemption measures to automatically identify eligible orders in epidemic areas and exempt delivery logistics service assessments.
