退货及退款条件: 1、 产品需要在与买方收到相同的条件下退货。实际上,新产品必须返还新的,未使用和完整的;

2、可能会迅速恶化或过期的商品; 商品价值将随着时间推移发生明显贬值的商品(如化妆品);
3、 由于健康保护或卫生原因而不适于退货的密封货物,并在交货后已开封;
4、 交货后因其性质,货物与其他物品不可分割地混合在一起;
5、提供密封的音频或密封视频记录或密封的计算机软件,在交付后已开封;
6、提供的数字内容如果在消费者的事先明确同意的情况下开始,并且承认他因此失去了撤回权,则在有形媒体上不提供数字内容。
