When the goods meet the following conditions, the buyer can easily apply for a worry-free return: "The goods have been received and put into the warehouse", "The goods have been shipped but not yet received and put into the warehouse", "The order has been submitted but the seller has not yet shipped". In any of the above situations, the buyer can apply for a worry-free return for free. After the worry-free return application is initiated, if the seller agrees to the buyer's return, the buyer can choose to send the goods to the seller along the original route, or choose to have the courier pick up the goods at home. Once the goods are returned and verified by the seller, the seller will process the refund.
