1.进入"我的速卖通"——"交易",选择"等待您发货"状态的订单。
您将看到所有等待您发货的订单明细。选择您需要发货的订单,点击"发货"。
之后您将看到下方页面,请选择"线上发货"。
对于已部分发货的商品,您将会看到"填写发货通知"、"发货完毕确认"和"线上发货"三个按钮。
您可选择"线上发货",即可进入选择物流方案的环节。
2.选择物流方案
在"选择物流方案"页面里,您可以选择您需要的物流服务。
当您选择的物流服务与买家下单的服务不一致时,系统将提示您确认。
选择完毕后,点击"下一步",创建相应的物流订单。
3.创建物流订单
选择"创建物流订单"之后,会出现下方页面。
如果您需要修改买家收件信息,可以点击"修改收件信息",会显示下方弹窗,您可以在此编辑您的收件信息。
如果您的发件地址在物流商揽收范围内,系统会为您自动配置对应的仓库。
如果您所在的地址没有推荐的揽收仓,系统会提示您"自寄至指定中转仓库"。
如果您依旧选择"免费上门揽收",您可以点击"申请仓库上门揽收"。
申请揽收仓库,请务必先于仓库沟通能否上门揽收,以免仓库拒单。
在您创建物流订单的时候,在页面底部有关于无法投递的包裹处理方案。
1. Go to "My AliExpress" - "Transaction" and select the order in the "Waiting for your shipment" status.
You will see the details of all the orders waiting for your shipment. Select the order you need to ship and click "Ship".
Then you will see the page below, please select "Online Shipment".
For partially shipped products, you will see three buttons: "Fill in the Shipping Notice", "Confirmation of Shipment Completion" and "Online Shipment".
You can select "Online Shipment" and enter the link of selecting the logistics plan.
2. Select the logistics plan
On the "Select the Logistics Plan" page, you can select the logistics service you need.
When the logistics service you select is inconsistent with the service ordered by the buyer, the system will prompt you to confirm.
After the selection is completed, click "Next" to create the corresponding logistics order.
3. Create a logistics order
After selecting "Create logistics order", the page below will appear.
If you need to modify the buyer's delivery information, you can click "Modify delivery information", and the pop-up window below will be displayed, where you can edit your delivery information.
If your shipping address is within the collection range of the logistics provider, the system will automatically configure the corresponding warehouse for you.
If there is no recommended collection warehouse at your address, the system will prompt you to "Send it to the designated transit warehouse".
If you still choose "Free door-to-door collection", you can click "Apply for door-to-door collection by the warehouse".
When applying for a collection warehouse, please be sure to communicate with the warehouse first whether it can be collected at your door to avoid rejection of the order by the warehouse.
When you create a logistics order, there are solutions for handling packages that cannot be delivered at the bottom of the page.
1. After the buyer has successfully paid, the order will enter the "waiting for the seller to ship" state. You can select "waiting for the seller to ship" in the "Transaction"-"Manage Orders"-"Ongoing Orders" page to check the order information.
2. The seller can contact the freight forwarding company to ship the goods themselves, or use the UPS online shipping function. On the shipping page, you can check the remaining delivery time.
3. After the seller ships the goods, the correct shipping details must be filled in the "Shipping and Logistics Information" column, including the carrier, freight tracking number, shipping status, etc. After filling in, click "Submit".
4. After the seller successfully ships the goods and fills in the shipping and logistics information, the order enters the "waiting for the buyer to receive the goods" stage. You can select "waiting for the buyer to receive the goods" in the "Transaction"-"Manage Orders"-"Ongoing Orders" page to check the order information.
