1. Reputation/sales volume speculation

If a seller on AliExpress speculates on reputation and sales volume, once discovered by the platform, the orders involved in the violation will be refunded, and a warning or account freezing or withdrawal will be given according to the severity of the violation. If a seller is found by the platform to have speculated on reputation and sales volume for the second time, the store will be closed.

2. False shipment

If a seller on AliExpress makes a false shipment and it is a minor general violation, the account will be closed for 7 days; if the false shipment is a serious violation, the account will be frozen for 30 days or directly closed.

3. Complaints about stolen images

Complaints about stolen images are one of the more common violations on the platform. If the seller violates the rules for the first time, there will be no penalty points within 5 days; every complaint about stolen images after the 6th day will be deducted points. If the deduction points for stealing images reach 48 points, the AliExpress account will be closed.

4. The goods are not the same as the ones described

Generally, if the goods are not the same as the ones described, the seller’s account will be frozen for the first violation, and the account may be closed if the violation occurs more than 2 times; if the goods are seriously not the same as the ones described, the account will be closed directly.
