Several mainstream countries support customers to submit refunds only without returns, but they need to customize the minimum refund amount, with a minimum requirement of 10 US dollars.

Semi-hosting penalty rules

1. Overdue delivery

JIT delivery overdue orders:

(1) If the overdue is within 48 hours (including 48 hours) from 24:00 on the day the collection should be completed, a penalty of 0.5 times the product price will be imposed;

(2) If the overdue is more than 48 hours from 24:00 on the day the collection should be completed, a penalty of 1 times the product price will be imposed.

Merchant self-shipping orders:

(1) If the overdue is more than 48 hours but not more than 96 hours (including 96 hours), a penalty of 0.5 times the product price will be imposed;

(2) If the overdue is more than 96 hours, a penalty of 1 times the product price will be imposed.

2. Inconsistency between the weight and the measurement

If the actual weight at the warehouse is inconsistent with the filled weight, different penalties will be imposed according to the weight range.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Most mainstream countries support customers to submit refunds only without returns, but they need to customize the minimum refund amount, with a minimum requirement of $10.

4. JIT under-delivery

The penalty is equivalent to overdue delivery.

Full Trust Penalty Rules

1. JIT overdue delivery

The same as the semi-trust penalty rules.

2. JIT or merchant self-delivery failed to enter the warehouse and overdue

If the merchant uses JIT door-to-door collection or self-delivery to deliver the goods, and there are abnormal items that cause the warehouse to fail and overdue, it will be considered a violation.

The penalty for each order is based on the supply price. If the supply price is quoted in RMB and the supply price of the product is >30 yuan/item, the penalty is calculated based on the supply price of 30 yuan/item;

If the supply price is quoted in US dollars and the supply price of the product is >5 US dollars, the penalty is calculated based on the supply price of 5 US dollars/item.

That is, if the overtime is within 48 hours (including 48 hours), the penalty is twice the supply price, the supply price product is >30 yuan/item or the product is >5 US dollars/item, and the corresponding penalty is 60 yuan or 10 US dollars;

If the overtime is more than 48 hours, the penalty is three times the supply price, the supply price of the product is >30 yuan/item or the product is >5 US dollars/item, and the corresponding penalty is 90 yuan or 15 US dollars.

If you purchase multiple (N) items under one order, the upper limit of the penalty for the order is 30*N or 5*N US dollars, and the total penalty for the order shall not exceed 1,000 yuan or 150 US dollars.

3. The weight and size of the item do not match

The same penalty rules as semi-trusteeship.

4. Warehouse replenishment warehouse entry timeout/short delivery

If the warehouse entry order or delivery order is not generated within 9 days after the replenishment order is approved, a fine of 20 US dollars will be imposed.

In the case of short delivery, if the actual received quantity is less than 80% of the confirmed replenishment quantity, a fine of 20 US dollars will also be imposed.
