1.进入"我的速卖通"——"交易",选择"等待您发货"状态的订单。
您将看到所有等待您发货的订单明细。选择您需要发货的订单,点击"发货"。
之后您将看到下方页面,请选择"线上发货"。
对于已部分发货的商品,您将会看到"填写发货通知"、"发货完毕确认"和"线上发货"三个按钮。
您可选择"线上发货",即可进入选择物流方案的环节。
2.选择物流方案
在"选择物流方案"页面里,您可以选择您需要的物流服务。
当您选择的物流服务与买家下单的服务不一致时,系统将提示您确认。
选择完毕后,点击"下一步",创建相应的物流订单。
3.创建物流订单
选择"创建物流订单"之后,会出现下方页面。
如果您需要修改买家收件信息,可以点击"修改收件信息",会显示下方弹窗,您可以在此编辑您的收件信息。
如果您的发件地址在物流商揽收范围内,系统会为您自动配置对应的仓库。
如果您所在的地址没有推荐的揽收仓,系统会提示您"自寄至指定中转仓库"。
如果您依旧选择"免费上门揽收",您可以点击"申请仓库上门揽收"。
申请揽收仓库,请务必先于仓库沟通能否上门揽收,以免仓库拒单。
在您创建物流订单的时候,在页面底部有关于无法投递的包裹处理方案。
您可以根据自己的需要,选择是否需要将包裹退回,或者在海外销毁。
当您选择"退回"时,每单会收取固定金额的退件服务费,对于选择退回的包裹,一旦发生目的国无法投递的情况,将不再收取退回运费。
当您选择"销毁"时,不产生退件服务费,将会免费为您销毁包裹。
以上选择全部完毕之后, 你可以勾选"我已阅读并同意《在线发货-阿里巴巴使用者协议》",并选择"提交发货"。
至此,物流订单创建完毕。
4.查看国际物流单号,打印发货标签
在物流订单创建完毕之后,会出现下方页面,提示"成功创建物流订单"。
您可以点击"物流订单详情"链接,即可看到生成的国际物流单号,打印发货标签。
5.填写发货通知
物流订单创建成功后,系统会生成运单号给卖家,卖家在完成打包发货,交付物流商之后,即可填写发货通知。
1. Go to "My AliExpress" - "Transaction" and select the order in the "Waiting for your shipment" status.

Then you will see the page below, please select "Online Shipment".
For partially shipped products, you will see three buttons: "Fill in the Shipping Notice", "Confirmation of Shipment Completion" and "Online Shipment".
You can select "Online Shipment" to enter the stage of selecting the logistics plan.
2. Select the logistics plan
On the "Select the logistics plan" page, you can select the logistics service you need.
When the logistics service you select is inconsistent with the service ordered by the buyer, the system will prompt you to confirm.
After completing the selection, click "Next" to create the corresponding logistics order.
3. Create a logistics order
After selecting "Create a logistics order", the following page will appear.
If you need to modify the buyer's delivery information, you can click "Modify delivery information", and the pop-up window below will be displayed, where you can edit your delivery information.
If your shipping address is within the collection range of the logistics provider, the system will automatically configure the corresponding warehouse for you.
If there is no recommended collection warehouse at your address, the system will prompt you to "Send to the designated transit warehouse".
If you still choose "Free door-to-door collection", you can click "Apply for door-to-door collection by the warehouse".
When applying for a collection warehouse, please be sure to communicate with the warehouse first whether it can be collected at your door to avoid warehouse rejection of the order.
When you create a logistics order, there is a solution for undeliverable packages at the bottom of the page.
You can choose whether to return the package or destroy it overseas according to your needs.
When you choose "Return", a fixed amount of return service fee will be charged for each order. For the parcels selected for return, if the destination country cannot deliver, no return shipping fee will be charged.
When you choose "Destroy", no return service fee will be incurred, and the parcel will be destroyed for free.
After all the above selections are completed, you can check "I have read and agreed to the "Online Shipping-Alibaba User Agreement"" and select "Submit Shipping".
At this point, the logistics order is created.
4. Check the international logistics order number and print the shipping label
After the logistics order is created, the following page will appear, prompting "Logistics order created successfully".
You can click the "Logistics Order Details" link to see the generated international logistics order number and print the shipping label.
5. Fill in the shipping notice
After the logistics order is successfully created, the system will generate a waybill number for the seller. The seller can fill in the shipping notice after completing the packaging and delivery and delivering it to the logistics company.
