Click "My" on Douyin to enter your personal homepage, and then click the settings button in the upper right corner. A settings box will pop up, click settings;

Enter settings, select the account and security button, click to enter the account and security settings interface, then scroll down to find the feedback and help button, click feedback and help to enter the feedback interface.

In the feedback and help interface, there are common questions, and you can also select questions to submit feedback. There is also our historical feedback record in the upper right corner.
