One: Douyin Store Refund for Undelivered Products

Douyin merchants enter after-sales service, select the Undelivered Refund Management-Awaiting Review page, and you can see all the orders that need to be confirmed for after-sales.

Douyin merchants need to process the order within 48 hours, otherwise the system defaults to "refund", and prompts will be given for orders that are about to time out.

The first step: Enter the Douyin merchant backstage, click on the After-sales-Undelivered Refund page, click "Awaiting Review" to see the orders that need to be operated;

The second step: Click "Process" when you see the order that needs to be operated, and there are "Reject" or "Refund" operations.

If you choose to refund, the user does not need to refund and the refund will be directly returned to the user's account;

If you choose to reject, you need to fill in the logistics shipping information before clicking "Reject" operation.

Two: Douyin Store Refund for Delivered Products Awaiting Review

Douyin merchants enter after-sales service, click on the shipped after-sales management-Awaiting Review, and display the after-sales orders that need to be confirmed.

Step 1: Enter the Douyin merchant backstage, click After-sales-Shipment After-sales to enter the page, click "Pending Review" to see the orders that need to be operated;

Step 2: Click "Process" when you see the order that needs to be operated, there are operations such as rejection, refund, return and refund;

When the user chooses a refund, the merchant can view the "User Credentials" and check whether he can click to disagree with the user's request and reject the application.

Click Return and Refund, you need to fill in the after-sales information, such as the delivery address and SMS notification, and click "Confirm" to enter the waiting user return status.

Three: Douyin Store has shipped and is waiting for receipt of refund

Douyin merchants enter after-sales, click Shipped After-sales Management-Waiting for Receipt, and display all orders with the after-sales status of "Waiting for User Return".

Step 1: Enter the Douyin merchant backstage, click After-sales-Shipment After-sales to enter the page, click "Waiting for Receipt" to view the orders that need to be processed;

Step 2: Douyin merchants can click "Remind Shipment" or "Processing";

Remind Shipment, that is, remind users to send back the goods;

Processing, enter the order information page and click "Refund" or "Reject" to process.
