(1) Individual business registration application signed by the applicant (fill in the individual business registration form);

(2) Employee certification (If the business is run by a local person, a household registration certificate must be submitted, including a household registration booklet and ID card, as well as relevant certificates for various types of unemployed persons such as retirees; if the business is run by a person from other provinces or cities, his/her ID card, temporary residence permit in Beijing, labor permit, business entry certificate in Beijing and proof of junior high school education or above must be submitted; women of childbearing age must also submit a family planning certificate;

(3) Proof of business premises;

(4) Partnership agreement for individual partnership business;

(5) Proof of relationship between family members of a family business;

(6) Notice of pre-approval of the name;

(7) Relevant special certificates required to be submitted as required by laws, regulations and policies.
