It mainly depends on the ability of self-learning, self-management and self-motivation. It can be divided into four aspects: First, you need to be smart. You need to have a high IQ (Intelligence Quotient). You can’t do a good job without a diamond drill; EQ (Emotional Quotient) cannot be low either. You need to be able to enter other people’s hearts and open your heart to let others enter your heart.
