昵称信息使用规范
1.昵称中不得包含”最”、”第一”等广告法禁止使用以及虚假、欺骗、引诱类词汇;不得包含易造成用户混淆、误认的内容;不得散布类似商业招揽信息、过度营销信息及垃圾信息。
2.昵称不得仿冒官方或疑似官方,如xx头条、抖音推荐、抖友、火山精选、抖商、巨量引擎等内容。
3.昵称不得包含违法、违规、违反公序良俗、侵权、夸大、违反抖音平台规则的词汇。
4.不得以个人化昵称认证企业账号,如xx公司董事长、xx公司CEO、xx小编等;昵称涉及引用名人姓名但无名人相关授权的无法通过审核。
5.昵称宽泛的不予通过,1)拟人化宽泛,如”张三”;2)范围宽泛,如”学英语”;3)地域性宽泛,如”日本旅游”;4)行业性宽泛,如”美妆”。
6.昵称不得单独使用通用词汇,当企业字号/品牌名/产品名/商标名为通用名词时,必须添加后缀,如xxAPP、xx网站、xx软件等,否则无法通过审核。如商标名称为”红包”、经营范围为餐饮,应为:”红包餐饮”。
7.昵称应为基于公司或品牌名或产品的全称或与提供的补充资料具备关联性,如申请的昵称为”字节跳动”,对应的公司名称应为”字节跳动公司”,如申请的昵称为”抖音”,对应的产品名称为”抖音短视频”。有多种含义或易混淆类词汇必须添加后缀以明确其指向性(公司、账号、小助手等)。具体业务部门或分公司不得使用简称,如”小美公司北京分公司”不得申请”小美”;
8.昵称不允许重名,企业认证采取先到先得的原则,但也不支持恶意抢注,您需提供能够支持您昵称内容的所有相关资质。分公司或分产品线的账号不建议以总公司昵称入驻,以免影响后续总公司的注册。
9.昵称不超过20个字,特殊符号支持”. “、 “· ” 、 “-“、” ()” 、”—”、”《》”,商标等资质上带有的中英文基本符号可支持使用,无资质支持的符号不支持。
10.昵称非中文语言,翻译不涉军涉政,无侮辱性意思等,符合中文昵称基本规范可使用。
Nickname information usage standards
1. Nicknames must not contain words such as "most" and "first" that are prohibited by the Advertising Law, as well as false, deceptive, and tempting words; must not contain content that is likely to cause confusion or misunderstanding among users; must not disseminate similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam.
2. Nicknames must not imitate official or suspected official content, such as xx headlines, Douyin recommendations, Douyou, Volcano Selection, Doushang, and Massive Engine.
3. Nicknames must not contain words that are illegal, illegal, against public order and good customs, infringing, exaggerated, or violate the rules of the Douyin platform.
4. Personalized nicknames must not be used to authenticate corporate accounts, such as xx company chairman, xx company CEO, xx editor, etc.; nicknames that involve quoting celebrity names but have no relevant authorization from celebrities cannot pass the review.
5. Nicknames that are too broad will not be approved. 1) Broad anthropomorphism, such as "Zhang San"; 2) Broad scope, such as "Learning English"; 3) Broad regionality, such as "Japan Travel"; 4) Broad industry, such as "Beauty".
6. Nicknames must not use common words alone. When the company name/brand name/product name/trademark name is a common noun, a suffix must be added, such as xxAPP, xx website, xx software, etc., otherwise it will not pass the review. If the trademark name is "Red Envelope" and the business scope is catering, it should be: "Red Envelope Catering".
7. Nicknames should be based on the full name of the company or brand name or product or have relevance to the supplementary information provided. For example, if the nickname applied for is "ByteDance", the corresponding company name should be "ByteDance Company". If the nickname applied for is "Douyin", the corresponding product name is "Douyin Short Video". Words with multiple meanings or easily confused must be added with suffixes to clarify their direction (company, account, assistant, etc.). Specific business departments or branches are not allowed to use abbreviations, such as "Xiaomei Company Beijing Branch" is not allowed to apply for "Xiaomei";
8. Nicknames are not allowed to be duplicated, and enterprise certification adopts the principle of first come first served, but malicious registration is not supported. You need to provide all relevant qualifications that can support the content of your nickname. It is not recommended to register accounts of branches or product lines with the nickname of the head office to avoid affecting the subsequent registration of the head office.
9. The nickname shall not exceed 20 characters, and special symbols such as ".", "·", "-", "()", "—", and "《》" are supported. Basic Chinese and English symbols on trademarks and other qualifications can be supported, but symbols without qualification support are not supported.
10. Nicknames that are not in Chinese, do not involve military or political content in translation, do not have insulting meanings, etc., and can be used if they meet the basic standards for Chinese nicknames.
