Douyin groups can only be joined by invitation, and you can't actively join other people's WeChat groups. On the Douyin information page, click Create Group Chat in the upper right corner, select mutual followers, or click Invite Douyin users to join the group, copy the group dynamic password, and then invite others to join the group by commenting or private messaging.
