With the continuous development of Douyin's open platform business, the platform continues to optimize and open more abundant capabilities for partners to use. However, we have recently received concentrated feedback from multiple internal and external channels that some developers have violated the open platform rules, abused the open interface service permissions and the "user authorized video release" application capabilities, and at the same time, under the name of our company, used "Douyin local store code" and "Douyin screen domination" and other related words to falsely promote this capability and make profits from it. This behavior has infringed the account security and legal rights of Douyin users, and also seriously endangered the healthy development of the Douyin ecosystem.

For this reason, in accordance with the "Douyin User Service Agreement", "Douyin Open Platform Developer Service Agreement", and "Douyin Open Platform Penalty Rules", the platform severely cracks down on "Douyin local store code" and "Douyin screen domination" and other unauthorized false propaganda in the name of our company, abuse of interfaces, and infringement of Douyin user account security and legal rights without user perception. The platform will continue to implement Level III ban rectification penalties on related applications, and further strengthen the access review of relevant permissions and capabilities and regular inspections of access conditions.
