如果群内出现了一些小争执的情况,我们的微商管理员也要及时的发现,并且对大家的矛盾进行调节。当我们的客户群,在日常维护中是呈现处一个随性温和的状态时,我们的客户才有可能与我们相亲近。这样才能提高我们产品的出售率
二、对群成员设置一些专属活动。微商们需要让我们的客户感觉,进了我们的客户群,是一件很幸运、有赚到的事情。因此,我们要常常在微信群发布一些我们产品的促销活动,留住客户。这些产品方面的优惠,微商们可以不用设置很大的优惠力度
但是在群内进行销售的时候,我们一定要向各位群成员强调,这是群内成员才能拥有的特权,其他的客户是没有这样的优惠的。这样的活动设置,一来有助于我们的产品销售,二来还可以帮助我们维护与群成员之间的亲密关系
