First, download and click on the Douyin app.

After entering the main interface of the Douyin app, click on "Me" in the lower right corner of the interface.

After entering the "Me" interface, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.

After the interface jumps, find and click "My Order".

After jumping to the order interface, find and click "Customer Service Message", as shown in the figure.

After jumping to the customer service message interface, find and click "Official Customer Service", as shown in the figure

After entering the official customer service dialogue interface, enter "complaint" in the input bar. After the options pop up, click "Complain about black-hearted merchants"

After jumping out of the complaint option interface, select the corresponding option according to the content you want to complain about. Here, taking the complaint of insults as an example, click "The merchant's customer service is poor, insults, and blocks me."

Then, click the red word "Contact manual customer service."

Then after the manual customer service receives the call, click "Send order to customer service"

Select the order you want to complain about in the pop-up dialog box, click the order, and it will be sent to customer service.

After the order is issued, describe the specific content of your complaint to complete the complaint. After verification, the customer service will impose penalties on the merchant.
