营销是关于企业如何发现、创造和交付价值以满足一定目标市场的需求,同时获取利润的学科。我结合在印刷集团从事营销15年的经验切身感受到:营销不仅是营销部一个部门的事,而是需要企业所有部门全面协同做好的工作。我觉得这是营销的精髓所在。

真诚营销,传递企业形象名片

一是要从日常工作做起,培养自己豁达而不失严谨、乐观而不致盲目、热情而不失真诚的工作作风,依托印刷集团强大的印刷资源平台做后盾,始终以一种积极健康的心态面对客户、对待工作,相信自己通过努力会和客户达成合作意向。二是要做到真诚待人。有位销售大师说:你永远无法说服任何人去买任何东西,因为那只对你有好处,客户要的是对他们有好处的东西。情发乎真合乎理,要想成功,必须要付出真诚,无论是拜访客户还是后期的客情关系维护,真诚是做人最好的策略,是传递企业形象的名片。

担当责任,彰显团队精神

大事小事看担当,可以看出一个人或一个团队的品质和魄力。既然选择了印刷这个行业,就要接受的它的全部,而不是只享受它给你带来的益处和快乐,也要包容它的委屈和责骂。作为一名营销岗位的员工,对承接活源的整个印刷流程要有清晰的把握。要清楚哪些环节容易出错,优化印刷流程,细分到客户传的是PDF、TIFF还是PS文件等;生产排产是否科学高效、印装是否按要求生产出合格优质产品,送货是否会延期,发票开具是否正确,这些细节都要关注。

沟通理解,架起合作桥梁

沟通带来理解,理解带来信任,信任带来合作。理解和信任至关重要,是我们签单的必经之路。要做到让客户理解不是一句空话,而是对目前瞬息万变的市场信息的把握,对印刷行业前沿信息的了解,对上游纸张、下游油墨原材料的新产品新工艺的认识,对当当、亚马逊等电商,民营书商和出版杂志社和市场终端的接触情况等,都要有一个全局的认识和把握。要善于用新华印刷集团强大的印刷机组群的优势,用差异化营销寻找我们的客户群体,解决我们客户需求的问题。

It is necessary to know which links are prone to errors, optimize the printing process, and subdivide whether the customer sends PDF, TIFF or PS files, etc.; whether the production scheduling is scientific and efficient, whether the printing and binding produces qualified and high-quality products as required, whether the delivery will be delayed, and whether the invoice is issued correctly, all these details must be paid attention to.

Communicate and understand, build a bridge of cooperation

Communication brings understanding, understanding brings trust, and trust brings cooperation. Understanding and trust are crucial, and they are the only way for us to sign orders. To make customers understand is not just empty talk, but a grasp of the current rapidly changing market information, the understanding of cutting-edge information in the printing industry, the understanding of new products and processes of upstream paper and downstream ink raw materials, and the contact with e-commerce companies such as Dangdang and Amazon, private booksellers, publishing magazines and market terminals.
