1. Must be an independent legal person, have a fixed office space, and be a general taxpayer;

2. Established for 1 year or more, if less than 1 year, a supplementary advantage statement must be provided (the advantage statement document must include the background of team members and be stamped with the official seal);

3. The registered capital is 500,000 yuan or more; in addition, the legal representative's ID card and a photo holding the ID card are required

Currently, Juliang Baiying platform supports 5 types of users to log in:

1) Douyin/Toutiao/Xigua/Douyin Volcano Edition experts (need to open product sharing permissions);

2) Institutional service providers (referring to various MCN institutions that manage experts);

3) Small store alliance merchants (referring to merchants with small store selected alliance permissions);

4) Cooperating merchants (referring to external merchants who have not settled in the small store but are invited to cooperate);

5) E-commerce platforms (referring to various e-commerce platforms connected with Douyin).

Therefore, only merchants above can enter the Juliang Baiying platform
