1、打开【抖音】app,进入到【抖音商城】,找到要投诉的订单,接着便转入【订单详情页】,将页面往下拉找到界面下方的【官方客服】,在咨询界面内输入所需要投诉的店家后,点击【连线人工客服】,随后按所要投诉的内容进行反馈就完成了。
2、打开【抖音】app,点击并进入【抖音商城】,找到所需要投诉的商品订单,点击并跳转至售卖该商品的店铺,找到并点击商家客服,建立与店铺商家的聊天框,接着找到对话框右上角的【...】选项,转入【当前店铺设置】界面,在页面中选择【投诉商家】,接着结合自身的投诉需求选择所对应的投诉内容。
3、拨打官方客服电话“10101588”进行意见反馈。
假设上述方法都解决不了问题的,还可以通过消费者协会进行申诉。

3. Call the official customer service number "10101588" to provide feedback.
If the above methods cannot solve the problem, you can also file a complaint through the Consumer Association.
