Apply to close the store. In the Douyin merchant backend, find the [Close Store] option in the store management and submit the application.

2. Meet the conditions. All orders of the current store must be processed. If there are unprocessed or unsold orders, the store cannot be closed, and a 30-day store closure notice must be posted in the store.

3. Agree to the agreement.

4. Deposit refund. After verification, the system will enter the deposit refund process, and the Douyin store will be successfully closed after completion.
