Enter the menu and open Douyin. Click the three horizontal lines icon in the upper right corner of the personal page.

Enter the order center and click [My Order].

Enter after-sales and click [Refund/After-sales].

Enter the order details and click [View Details] below the application for refund or return order.

Check the order number. Here you can check the order number after applying for a return. If the after-sales application type is return and refund, the express delivery number of the returned product will be displayed below the order number.
