If the provider of the online trading platform makes a promise that is more favorable to consumers, it shall fulfill the promise.
Consumers can require sellers to return or exchange goods and compensate for losses in accordance with the law, or request the Consumer Association to organize mediation, and if the losses are serious, they can file a lawsuit in court.
If there is a problem with online shopping goods, consumers can negotiate with merchants for compensation. If the negotiation fails, they can complain to the online shopping platform or the Consumer Association, or sue the court for compensation.
Douyin live broadcast merchants do not return or refund offline transactions. How to solve it?
