1. For merchants who meet the Safe Shopping service activation standards, the platform will send a message reminder. We can activate Safe Shopping by clicking [Light up now] in the reminder;

2. Our merchants go to [Merchant Backstage] - [Store] - [Rights and Interests Center] - [Rights and Interests Service Management] - [Safe Shopping] and click [Light up now];

After our merchants light up successfully, the product sub-code system that meets the [Safe Shopping] compliance rules will take effect after verification;

2. The platform system directly activates

When our merchants meet the Safe Shopping service lighting standards, the platform will The backend will send a message reminder to the merchant;

If we do not turn on the Safe Shopping service as prompted by the platform, the platform will conduct a second verification of the store 24 hours after the merchant closes the message reminder. If the store still meets the Safe Shopping lighting standards, the platform will directly turn on the Safe Shopping service for us;

During the 24-hour countdown on the platform, if the merchant wants to terminate the countdown, he can click [Learn More] in the countdown column of [Rights Center] and select [Do Not Light Up Temporarily] to terminate the countdown. If the merchant wants to re-activate the Safe Shopping service after terminating the countdown, he can click [Light Up Now] in [Store]-[Rights Center];
