AVIC Tianjin Aviation Electromechanical Co., Ltd., affiliated to the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, was founded in 1953. It is China's first large state-owned enterprise to manufacture aviation electrical appliances and the birthplace of China's aviation electrical appliances.

The products are widely used in aviation, aerospace, transportation, coal, chemical, petroleum, textile, construction, food, medical, home appliances and other fields. In recent years, the company has developed hundreds of products based on aviation electrical appliances. Such as food packaging machinery, medical equipment, building electrical appliances, transportation electrical appliances, fire alarms, coal mining equipment and more than 10 series. With assets as the link, the company has successively established Tianjin Tianhang Electromechanical Industrial Development Company and Tianjin Building Electrical Appliances United Company with the China Aviation Foundation.
