4. Imported cold chain fresh food: - Commodity nucleic acid test report - Operator disinfection certificate.

5. Green food certification certificate: required for claiming green food.

6. Organic food certification certificate: It is required for claiming organic food, and the organic conversion certificate is invalid (imported food needs to provide organic certification issued by the Chinese organic certification agency).

7. Agricultural genetically modified biosafety certificate: It is required for claiming genetically modified food. 8. Pollution-free agricultural product certification certificate: It is required for agricultural products claiming to have obtained pollution-free agricultural product certification.

9. Agricultural product geographical indication registration certificate: It is required for agricultural products with marked origin. For example, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs need to be provided. 10. Origin certificate: It is required for imported goods claiming origin.

11. Processing agreement: If there is a commissioned production relationship on the product label, the commissioned processing agreement between the brand owner and the manufacturer must be provided, and a product list must be attached.

12. Customs declaration: For operating imported goods, it is required to provide the customs import declaration of the People's Republic of China within the past year. The corresponding brand name and product name should be displayed on the customs declaration; (If the operating and using unit or the receiving unit on the customs declaration is not in the authorization chain, the commissioned import agreement must also be provided).

13. Inspection and quarantine certificate for imported goods (provided by those operating imported goods): an inspection and quarantine certificate with the same contract number as the customs declaration form must be provided.

14. Quality inspection report: a quality inspection report with CMA or CNAS certification issued by a third-party authoritative quality inspection agency within the past year must be provided.
