First, log in to the Douyin e-commerce backend and select "Store Management" on the settings page;

Second, after entering the store management, select "Store Information";

Third, find the "Terminate Store Operation" button at the bottom of the store information page and click Submit to cancel the store. After cancellation, the platform will stop store-related functions within 3 working days, including product display, transactions, etc., and will no longer provide any services to the store.
