The 2022 Xiamen University Student Employment Subsidy uses the Xiamen City New Talent Living Subsidy Application System, and the applicant shall apply to the employer.

Specific operation process:

The first-time applicant needs to fill in the "Basic Information of the Unit" and upload the bank tax payment voucher with the corporate income tax, value-added tax or stamp tax of the receiving treasury and submit it for review. If there is no change after the review, the new application does not need to be filled in again.

Fill in the information of the applicant, print the "Application Form for Living Subsidy for Newly Introduced Talents" online, upload it to the system after stamping it with the official seal, and click to report after completion.

2. Acceptance: The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Education Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus of each district, and the Park Management Committee accept applications.

3. Review: Each accepting department summarizes and reviews the living subsidy application on a quarterly basis.

4. Publicity: Each accepting department publicizes the qualified personnel.

5. Payment: If there is no objection after public announcement, the accepting departments will issue living allowances.
