For those who apply for professional broker qualification certificates in science and technology, real estate, and other special industries stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, the provincial or municipal (prefectural) industrial and commercial administrative department will conduct training, review, assessment and certificate issuance together with relevant administrative departments.

Finally: Those who have obtained the "Broker Qualification Certificate" can apply to establish a brokerage enterprise, a partnership brokerage organization, and apply to register as an independent broker in accordance with the law.
