1、负责物流链路的统筹管理,包括收货上架、库存管理、效期管理、生产出库、国内or国际干线,快递配送等全链路的时效管理;
2、负责合作服务商的国内or跨境物流仓配运营管理,提高日常与大促运营能力,提升服务质量和用户满意度;
3、根据商家和业务需求,制定与优化电商仓储,直邮物流管理规范、仓配操作SOP及相关KPI考核,不断优化内部流程,促进服务水平;
4、跨部门沟通协调,整合公司内外部资源:包括海关国检、合作服务商等,更好地配合业务部门完成相关KPI指标

4. Communicate and coordinate across departments, integrate internal and external resources of the company: including customs inspection, cooperative service providers, etc., to better cooperate with business departments to complete relevant KPI indicators
