The payment conversion rate is the number of paying buyers divided by the number of visitors within the selected time, that is, the proportion of visitors converted into paying buyers.

1. First, the calculation method is: conversion rate = (number of customers who have made purchases/number of all visitors who have arrived at the store) × 100%;

2. Then the order conversion rate = number of buyers who place orders during the statistical time ÷ number of visitors;

3. Finally, the inquiry conversion rate = the number of orders that consumers consult and finally place orders within 1 natural day ÷ the total number of consultations within 1 natural day. The calculation period is the last 28 days.
