一、主体信息提交:
按要求填写企业抖音小店入驻基本信息、企业法人基本信息、企业主体信息等,内容真实即可。
企业数字证书申请表:需要自己下载后打印出来,填写好全部信息,签字、盖章后上传。审核时间为1-3个工作日。
二、打款验证:
主体信息提交后,法大大会向企业的对公账户打一笔随机款。法大大认证成功后,商户登陆商户后台填写收到的打款金额。
三、店铺填写提交:
需填写抖音小店店铺Logo、其他行业资质及第三方店铺链接。【审核时间:1-3个工作日】
四、签署在线合同:
店铺审核通过后,就可以签署在线合同。【签署在线合同后,才可以正常结算】
五、交纳保证金:
保证金根据店铺选择的主营类目缴纳,如选择多个一级类目时,保证金按所选类目对应的高保证金缴纳。
六、企业资质入驻店铺结算开户:
店铺成功开通后,(签署在线合同,已缴纳保证金)可以申请结算开户。点击【资产】–【银行账户管理】。
在提交完对应的资料后,就请耐心等待【入驻审核】,也可通过登录抖音小店后台持续关注审核状态。

2. Payment verification:
After the main information is submitted, FaDa will make a random payment to the company's public account. After FaDa's certification is successful, the merchant logs in to the merchant backend to fill in the amount of payment received.
3. Store filling and submission:
You need to fill in the Douyin store logo, other industry qualifications and third-party store links. [Review time: 1-3 working days]
4. Sign the online contract:
After the store is reviewed and passed, you can sign the online contract. [Normal settlement can be made after signing the online contract]
5. Pay the deposit:
The deposit is paid according to the main category selected by the store. If multiple first-level categories are selected, the deposit is paid according to the higher deposit corresponding to the selected category.
6. Enterprise qualifications to settle accounts in the store:
After the store is successfully opened (sign the online contract and pay the deposit), you can apply for settlement and account opening. Click [Assets]-[Bank Account Management].
After submitting the corresponding information, please wait patiently for [Settlement Review], or you can continue to pay attention to the review status by logging in to the Douyin store backend.
Both Doudian and Tiaotiao Mini Programs can set up corporate account payment. The following are the steps to set up corporate account payment on Doudian or Tiaotiao Mini Programs:
1. Open Doudian or Tiaotiao Mini Program and enter the Personal Center.
2. Click "My Store", then click "Account Settings", and select "Modify My Account Information".
3. On the "My Account Information" page, find the "Withdrawal Account" option and click "Add".
4. In the pop-up dialog box, select "Bank Corporate Account" and fill in relevant information, such as the bank where the account is opened, account number, etc.
5. After verifying that the information is correct, submit and wait for approval. After the approval, you can use the corporate account to receive payments on Doudian or Tiaotiao Mini Programs.
It should be noted that setting up corporate account payment requires meeting relevant requirements and conditions, such as the account must be your own, and you need to provide corresponding certification documents and information. If you are not clear about the account settings and review process, you can consult the customer service at the Doudian or Tiaotiao mini program customer service center, or go to the bank to consult relevant business personnel.
The specific steps for Doudian to jump to a public account include: click "Settings" in the Doudian account → click "Payment Settings" → select "Public Account" → fill in bank card information and review and other steps. In Doudian, merchants need to use public accounts for collection and settlement. The steps to jump to a public account need to be operated in the Doudian background and follow a certain process before binding and using the public account to complete the settlement. In addition, merchants also need to pay attention to other important settings on the Doudian platform, such as the price, description, shipping, logistics, etc. of the product. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to relevant rules, such as restrictions on areas that the product does not support, to ensure efficient and smooth transactions.
1. Open the Doudian APP, enter the "Me" page, and click "Merchant Collection";
2. Click "Public Account" and fill in relevant information (such as bank name, bank address, account name, account number, etc.);
3. Submit for review, and wait for the review to pass before using the public account to receive payments.

1. The bank where the account is opened must match the province where the account is located;
2. The account name and account number must be filled in correctly and cannot be changed at will;
3. A public account opening license or an account opening certificate issued by the bank must be provided.
