Click Douyin Mall

After opening Douyin and entering my page, click [Douyin Mall] on the page.

Click My Order

After entering the Douyin mall, click [My Order] on the page.

Select an order

After switching pages, click the order you want to return on the page.

Click Apply for After-sales

After entering the order details page, click [Apply for After-sales] on the page.

Click Return and Refund

After switching pages, click the [Return and Refund] option on the page.

Click Submit

After entering the return page, select the reason for refund and click [Submit].
