1. The Douyin store is not bound to the store official account, or after binding, the "main store products" are not set. In the Douyin store backend store settings-store official account, select "main store products"; after clicking OK, all the products of the Douyin store will be automatically synchronized to the product showcase of this bound official account;

2. The product showcase has not paid a deposit of 500 yuan. Please note that the deposit of the Douyin store is the Douyin store, not the product showcase; if you want the product showcase to display normally, you must pay a deposit of 500 yuan for the product showcase;
