投递状态解释
简历投递/简历筛选→简历评估→评估通过→面试中→面试已完成→offer沟通→待入职→已入职。简历流转过程中结束于任一环节的简历标记为“已终止”。
简历投递/简历筛选:HR还未处理
筛选暂停:简历在之前投递的岗位流程上,简历同时只会在一个岗位上
简历评估:HR已处理,评估人未评估or评估未通
评估通过:评估人已评估通过,待HR约面
面试中:正在面试流程中
已终止:流程已结束,说明挂了,可继续投递其他岗位

Delivery status explanation
Resume delivery/resume screening→Resume evaluation→Evaluation passed→Interview in progress→Interview completed→Offer communication→Waiting for employment→Already employed. Resumes that end at any stage in the resume circulation process are marked as "terminated".
Resume submission/resume screening: HR has not yet processed it
Screening paused: The resume is in the job process that was previously submitted, and the resume will only be in one job at the same time
Resume evaluation: HR has processed it, but the evaluator has not evaluated it or the evaluation has not passed
Evaluation passed: The evaluator has passed the evaluation, and HR is waiting for an interview
Interviewing: In the process of interviewing
Terminated: The process has ended, which means it has been suspended, and you can continue to submit to other positions
Generally speaking, if you fail the interview, the company will still notify you, because there are not many people left in the interview stage. The company is still very responsible when recruiting people. The few people left will be notified one by one to avoid some people not receiving the information.
