Shanghai Xiaoguo Culture Media Co., Ltd. (Xiaoguo Culture for short) was founded in Shanghai, China in 2014. It is a content-driven young comedy industry company. It is based on content creation, integrates innovation, and focuses on Chinese new era comedy. Xiaoguo Culture actively builds a matrix of young comedy products adapted to the needs of the Chinese market, develops and produces online variety shows such as "Talk Show Conference", "Tucao Conference", "Talk Show New Year's Eve", and "Saturday Night Live", focusing on creating young comedy products in different forms on different platforms, while developing offline comedy consumption experience, artist brokerage, integrated marketing and other businesses to create a consumer closed loop of comedy talk show cultural products.

In 2021, Xiaoguo Culture proposed the concept of "Everyone can talk about five minutes of talk show", and successively cooperated with the public security, fire and other departments to launch "Anti-Fraud Talk Show" and "Fire Talk Show".

On May 17, 2023, due to tampering with the performance application content and seriously insulting the People's Army during the performance, the Beijing Municipal Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps punished it with a warning, confiscation of illegal income of 1,325,381.6 yuan, a fine of 13,353,816 yuan, and indefinite suspension of all performance activities in Beijing. Xiaoguo Culture responded by accepting the punishment, immediately terminating the actor house contract, and announcing seven rectification measures.
