First open the Douyin [Me] page and find [Douyin Mall]

Open the Douyin Mall and click [Order]

Choose the purchased product and open the [Check Logistics] below

Open Douyin. At the top of the homepage are “Explore, Same City, Follow, Mall, Recommendation” in order. Click “Mall”, as shown in the figure:

In the upper left corner of the mall page, there is a “My Order Quick Check”. Click “My Order Quick Check”, as shown in the figure

After clicking in, the page will show all your purchased products. Find the order you want to check and click it, as shown in the figure

You can see the order number when you enter the detailed page. If the product has been shipped, you can also see the courier number, as shown in the figure
