Methods to check the sender

1. Generally, each express package has a courier number, and the relevant logistics information can be checked through the courier number. However, the courier number can only check where the item was sent from and the logistics, and the sender cannot be seen.

2. If it is shipped by Taobao or other e-commerce companies, generally, there will be an order number information in the item, and the merchant can be queried based on the order number information. You can communicate with the merchant and try to know the sender. However, merchants generally refuse to tell you relevant information on the grounds of protecting consumer privacy.

3. If the other party sends the package through a courier company, we can check the relevant information on the waybill, including the name of the courier company, customer service phone number, and waybill number. Then call the courier company customer service, report the waybill number, and ask the customer service who the sender is.

You can also check the phone number of the courier's delivery person, and then call the delivery person to ask for more information about the sender.
