公司管理非常不好,加班的很多其实是没有做多少工作内容,甚至有混时间到9点后延迟上班的等等,部门老大很少为员工考虑,特别是对男员工,感觉这些职场老人的做法很幼稚,不过横向比较工作能力确实可以,水准以上。福利的话,电子商务公司里面较好,可能就是因为福利较好,所以不缺人,离职率也高,部门老大也不会挽留员工,很多都是保全自己的薪资福利。
