首期培训在惠州市旺农“E网兴农”农村电商产业园举行,吸引了来自惠城区各镇(街)130余名从事农业、农业社会化服务和新农村建设领域的青年参加,包括青年致富带头人、农村合作社负责人、青年种养大户、青年农产主、返乡创业青年、青年村干部、大学生村官、复员回乡青年、西部(山区)计划志愿者。
培训从农产品品牌打造、农村电商发展的方向、运用和抖音直播、短视频运用等方面,深入浅出分析了农村电商发展的痛点难点,并现场进行抖音直播实操演练,让学员充分了解和掌握农村电商未来发展的趋势,提高"领头雁"青年人才的创业激情,辐射、带动惠州农村电子商务全面发展,为乡村振兴注入了新动力。
据悉,10月~11月,培训班将在惠州7个县(区)开展6期培训,以提升电商业务水平、注重学以致用为导向,聚焦电商知识、品牌打造等关键环节,通过理论和实操等系统培训,促进学员快速掌握电子商务业态的规律和操作方法,带动更多有电商创业意愿的青年提升利用互联网在乡村创业就业的能力,培养一批有文化、懂技术、会经营的农村电商品牌带头人,汇集和培育具有代表性、竞争力的惠州青农优品,为惠州农村电商产业发展提供人才支撑,为惠州乡村产业振兴、人才振兴培养生力军。

The training analyzed the pain points and difficulties of rural e-commerce development in a simple and easy-to-understand manner from the aspects of agricultural product brand building, the direction and application of rural e-commerce development, and the application of Douyin live broadcast and short videos, and conducted Douyin live broadcast practical exercises on site, so that trainees can fully understand and grasp the future development trend of rural e-commerce, enhance the entrepreneurial passion of "leading goose" young talents, radiate and drive the comprehensive development of Huizhou rural e-commerce, and inject new impetus into rural revitalization.
It is reported that from October to November, the training class will carry out 6 training sessions in 7 counties (districts) in Huizhou, with the aim of improving the level of e-commerce business and focusing on applying what is learned, focusing on key links such as e-commerce knowledge and brand building, and promoting trainees to quickly master the laws and operating methods of e-commerce formats through systematic training such as theory and practice, and drive more young people who are willing to start e-commerce businesses to improve their ability to use the Internet to start businesses and find jobs in rural areas, cultivate a group of rural e-commerce brand leaders who are educated, knowledgeable in technology, and good at business, gather and cultivate representative and competitive Huizhou young farmers' products, provide talent support for the development of Huizhou's rural e-commerce industry, and cultivate new forces for the revitalization of Huizhou's rural industries and talents.
