1. Radio model approval certification (SRRC certification): Radio transmitting equipment must provide this qualification.

2. "Telecommunications Equipment Network Access License": Telecommunications equipment must provide the "Telecommunications Equipment Network Access License" of the manufacturer with this qualification.

3. Customs declaration: For imported goods, it is necessary to provide the customs declaration form of the People's Republic of China for imported goods within the past year. The customs declaration form should show the corresponding brand name and product name; (If the operating unit or the receiving unit on the customs declaration form is not in the authorization chain, a commissioned import agreement must be provided at the same time).

4. Quality inspection report: Provide a quality inspection report with CMA or CNAS certification issued by a third-party authoritative quality inspection agency within the past year.
